My favorite food to eat on a Saturday is meatballs and gravy. My family leans into our Italian culture on Sundays with my grandmother's recipe for an early traditional Italian meal of pasta and meatballs! We call it gravy, not sauce!

I became an educator because after completing my mandatory classroom observation hours for my degree in Speech Pathology as an undergraduate, I fell in love with being in the classroom! This persuaded me to apply to graduate schools to obtain my teaching certification!
